Privacy notice

Petsoteric, Inc. operates petsoteric.com. This notice explains how information is used when you browse, contact us, request a wholesale quote, or shop with us.

Information you provide

When you place an order or request a quote, we collect the contact, business, billing, shipping, and order details you provide. Contact forms collect your name, email address, subject, and message. If you use a customer account, WordPress and WooCommerce maintain the information needed to operate that account.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, prepare quotes, process payments, fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business records, and help protect the website against fraud and abuse. Website requests may produce technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and server logs.

Payments and service providers

Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Payment providers shown at checkout process payment information under their own privacy notices. Shipping, tax, hosting, email, security, and website service providers may process the information needed to provide their services. The carrier and shipping-label provider receive delivery and parcel information needed to create labels and fulfill orders.

Cookies and website tools

Cookies help the cart, checkout, accounts, and password-protected wholesale access work. The site also uses website and marketing integrations whose behavior depends on their configuration and your cookie choices. Use the site’s cookie controls where available, or your browser settings, to manage cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent ordering or wholesale access from working.

Retention and requests

We retain information needed to operate our business, fulfill orders, resolve questions, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@petsoteric.com. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, or security reasons.
