Retail delivery

We ship from Washington to U.S. addresses using USPS Ground Advantage. Retail orders normally leave us within 1–3 business days. Transit time starts after dispatch and varies by destination.

Retail shipping is a flat $5.95 per order to U.S. addresses via USPS Ground Advantage, plus any applicable tax. Your shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale partners submit an order request first. We confirm USPS Ground shipping at cost and applicable tax, then provide payment instructions. Wholesale orders normally dispatch within one week after payment.

Order help & returns

For a damaged item, order issue, or return request, contact info@petsoteric.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please contact us before mailing an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Wholesale partners should report damaged merchandise within 7 days of receipt.
